1. Tell me what you need

Call or WhatsApp on 07506 990431. Tell me your postcode, what kind of machine you need (standard washer, larger 9 kg, or a washer-dryer), and when you’d like it delivered. Most quotes take under five minutes. If you’re a landlord with multiple properties, we’ll talk volume pricing and a referral fee for the agency.

2. I deliver and install

I run a VW Crafter van across Glasgow and the West of Scotland. Most installs happen within a few days of the call — often the same week. I bring the machine, the hoses, the cabling, and floor-protection sliders so we don’t damage your flooring. Install takes about 45 minutes. You pay the £15–£25 install fee (depending on location) on the day, plus your first month’s rental.

3. Use the machine — I own it, you rent it

The monthly fee comes out by standing order. The machine is yours to use as much as you need. There’s no capital outlay, no warranty paperwork to chase, no end-of-tenancy disposal cost when you eventually move. The machine stays with the property if you’re a landlord; it comes with you if you’re a tenant who’s moving locally (I can usually redeliver to your new address for the cost of the install fee).

4. If anything breaks, I sort it

Call me. Most faults — door not locking, drum not spinning, drain not clearing — I can sort it.

What you sign

Plain-English Scottish-law rental agreement. You see it before anything is installed. The main points: I own the machine and you rent it; monthly fee by standing order; 6-month minimum then rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice; £10/week late fee after a 7-day grace period; I cover all repairs for normal use, you cover any deliberate damage or misuse. There’s also a quick condition report we both sign at installation, with photos — so if the machine ever goes back to me, there’s no debate about what state it was in. What it costs
