Who owns the machine?

I do. You rent it from me on behalf of the property. End-of-tenancy disposal isn’t your problem either way.

What if the tenant trashes it?

Normal wear and tear is on me. Deliberate damage or clear misuse (door yanked off, foreign objects, the obvious stuff) is documented at the install condition report — that’s where any cost recovery starts. No surprises for you.

Can I pause when a flat is empty?

Talk to me. Between tenancies you have two options: keep the machine in place for the next tenant (most common), or I collect and store for a short void at no charge. Tell me what suits the property.
